Blast from the Past: Phil's First Cars |

 1932 Model B purchased when Phil was 18 years old. It had 1/8 X 1/8 Stroker. In 1949 on a quarter mile drag strip it did 97 mph. Picture taken in 1949. |

 Phil's daily driver in 1950 – 1936 Ford Phil drove this car back and forth between Palo Alto and Albuquekee, N.M.. It had a 59AB Block Mercury engine. On Sundays, he would drive it to Santa Cruz and he always got a ticket for excessive pipes. |
