The Stuff Legends – And Hoaxes – Are Made Of '47 FORD TRUCK SELLS FOR $800,000.00 A 1947 ford 1/2 ton pickup truck from Whitby Ontario Canada was just sold to FORD MOTOR COMPANY of Detroit Michigan USA for the sum of $800,000.00 plus a Ford F 350 dually truck or so the story goes. After researching it out a bit further, it turns out that this Cinderella story is just a hoax. Here's the truth discovered on the Ford Truck Enthusiasts forum.

Plastic back into the oil it came from. Not surprised at this at all, just a case of Japanese ingenuity and perseverance. What is more important would be the marketing and very low cost to make it mandatory to have one of these in every home. Better yet, a large industrial up-scaling of the device. This video is all in Japanese. Just read the subtitles and watch. What a great discovery!
